I thought the "webinar" was great and the use of Elluminate open up learning possibilities that weren't possible before. I think the biggest obstacle was the interface as it wasn't clear what we could do or not do. But it's nice to know that the technology is there.
I think what made it successful for me was the content. If there's no great content it won't matter how great the technology is behind it.

Thanks for the information, Gary. I didn't know about the full-duplex, multiple speaker mode, and it sounds like a great feature. We had tried to do more active web page work during our test session but found the screen resolution was limiting (may be that we didn't understand it). I also tried to show an online video clip but I couldn't control the start/stop for everyone.

I know that it's a tough balance between feature-rich and easy-to-use, and I really appreciate the use of Elluminate that you made available to the Calgary eLearning Network.
